I move in twenty seven more days. That's not even four weeks.
I'm so excited.

I'm super excited about the house.
But I'm super skeptical because I'm a realist.
It's being rented for $700 a month.
BUT I also found it listed on a few other websites for anywhere between $1250 and $1500.
HOWEVER that was listed through a Realtor, and it's no longer listed through the Realtor.
I'm worried these people are just going to take my money and run.
But I'd like to believe they won't.
However, like I said, I'm a realist.
I've talked to the man a few times, and he seems genuinely nice.
Maybe it's just because I've been raised in Florida. And no one is that nice in Florida.

Who knows.


My Uncle always told me, "There's no reward without a risk." And this is my risk. Hopefully it doesn't end poorly.
