That perfect house from my previous post is still PERFECT.
And I talked to the man and he wants to rent it to my family.
And I'm super stoked.
No one knows how happy I am right now.
I'm also thinking about getting a second job.
I want to keep the first one because I've been there a year.
And I want to get another part time one.
Like as a server or something.
And if my sister and Mom get jobs up there between the four of us (my Dad included) the bills will only be like $370 if we don't have to pay sewer and $420 if we do.
I figure if I get a job working 4 days a week overnights at like IHOP or something then I could keep my cashier (possibly customer service) position and work the same 4 days during the day/afternoon and then I'd have 3 days off so I should be able to survive... At least until I start at UC. Then I'll probably be like
a lot of the time.
