i can't wait for my leg to not be broken, that way i can start working out again.

need your calcium...if you don't like milk then you can get it from soy, navy beans and cabbage...although they have there own set of particularities

there's milk in a majority of what i eat. i'm not a fan of the way it tastes though. maybe i'll get chocolate and put that in it.
