my aunt's memorial service in 2 hours, and i'm at a loss.
with the exception of my great-granparents i've dealt with death very little, and while Evie and I weren't extremely close, it's still difficult.

Death is tough no matter what. There are no rules on how to act, nor are there in life in general. People choose to accept rules because they are unable to make choices for themselves or are just sheep in someone elses flock. Life is short, you see that now. I mentally kill off everyone close to me anyways so I can get some perspective on where I am weakest as a person at. Hopefully this helps with whatever you are embarking on at the moment. Understanding yourself first makes understanding others so much easier. I can babble also.

yeah, funerals are not my favorite thing, especially when they're poeple you're close to. mostly for me, it's been older memebrs of my family, uncles, aunts, grandparents - it's also interesting to be the one sitting in the front row and everyone is consoling you - but i think the one that i think about the most is the one of my college classmate who died one night while he was writing grafitti in a nyc subway tunnel and got hit by a train... i think about that all the time, it's kinda fucked up...
ANYWAY, glad to hear you're going to go to school for horror makeup, i got a firend in NY who is really into that stuff too... she would make herself up to look all beat up and shit and go out to the movies or something, and people would be like "oh my god what the fuck!" ... pretty funnny..
anyway, enough of my run-on paragraphs, i'm sleep, got up too early to go to a really boring seminar in SF this morngin, and i am in desperate need of sleep// ciao fo now...
