ah, went to Berkeley yesterday-got some really great doo-dads and knick-knacks and so on.
i like it there tons.
work is still painful.
i actually have to work a few closing shifts to re-train people that originally trained me.
when they showed me the proper way to close they did it right, but apparently that's all been forgotten.
so now i am placed in the unfortunate position of holding someone's hand and drawing little pictures and being a babysitter.
i resent this a little bit because it ruins my sleep habits, schedule, plans, etc. and also i just can't fathom why it's so difficult for people to do what's expected of them.
we have A LIST of DUTIES for closers, for god.
