So, I had an interview for a job this morning, and I have another interview tonight.

This morning's interview was for a job in the same company but another division. I really really want that job. I hear feedback through a contact I have on that team that the interview was quite successful. That I love! The problem is that my current boss has to let me go to another internal job. In other words, my boss can fuck me by saying he won't let me go. Mr. Boss claims that he wants to assist my career advancement, but he is all worried that certain projects must be finished and that we are in the middle of a "critical time." It's all horseshit really. I spent the last six months making sure I can hand over any work I'm doing to someone else on the team. I really am not irreplacable for his plans and projects. I hope he isn't a dick and just let's me go.

Meanwhile, I have an interview with another company in one hour. It's a good job, but it's no where NEAR as ideal as the internal job mentioned above.

I guess I'll just see what happens.
