had the sitdown wi8th mike@redrum in autstin yesterday. 100% success. he's already tracking down bands for the bill and radio types for free airtime. this is much sweetness.
funny thing, when he was showing us the new venue, arin got stung while mike and i ran like little girls away from the suddenly materialized swarm of yellow jackets. she tried to make us feel like we did it, but nope....she should have just moved quicker. of course mike and i being big manly men were immediately clowned upon for running from bugs, but i still firmly believe that wasps/bee/etc are not really earth insect, but alien weapons of torture.
and for anybody that loves seafood and is going to be in austin, i highly recommned the boiling pot on sixth street. quite tasty, plus, they've got my newcastle.
nothing else for now, except probably gonna be at the social d show in columbus, ohio at the end of the month if anybody wants to meet up, have a drink...
