FUCKING RIGHTEOUS!!!! so, finally all my hard work has paid off some. my boss pulled me aside yesterday and thanked me for all the hard work i've been doing and for putting up with all the schedule changes and for trying to learn as opposed to just doing it because and for reading cooking text books outside of work to better understand what i'm doing when i come to work. (*whew* that was a long one) anyway, to show their appreciation, the restuarant bought me a chef knife set!!!! THAT'S SO FUCKING COOL!!! its an 8 piece knife set with a carrying case and everything!!!! that's worth hundreds of dollars!!! (chef knife's are NOT cheap). that's so fucking sweet! so, anyway, i can't wait to go to work today and cut some stuff up
