ha ha, so i've been playing a game of "20 questions" via e-mail with Poe for the last few days. so far all the questions have been of the "if you were stuck on a deserted island..." theme. its fun, you should try.
no more colin ferall sightings lately. supposedly J.Lo is in town as well (for the same movie).
2 nights ago i went to this bar after work to meet some friends. the guy at the door checked my ID and then said "its $20 to get in." now, there's NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER been a cover charge at this place, let alone $20. i've NEVER been to a place that charged that much. i know they exist, but believe me, this place was not that cool. so i argued with the guy saying "no, seriously, what's the cover?" cuz i knew he was lying and just fucking with me. he's like "its international night. $20." so i go "oh, the foriegn people get in free but us whitey's have to pay? what, do i look too gringo for you?" and left. what a bunch of shit. i called my friends and they had gotten in for free (and they're just as gringo as me...maybe even more). so, i dunno what that dudes problem was. wierd.
