Hey everyone,
I hope everyone is doing well. I am so psyched. This is one of my favorite times of the year - Spring! I can already see the buds on the trees and the flowers waking up. The weather has been pretty up and down around here, but that is how Spring normally begins here. Only a few more weeks and I can put my jackets in the closet for the next few months. I don't know, maybe I am just being dorky, but Spring just invigorates me so. I think I will take some outdoor pictures when it warms up a bit more. I will keep you posted on that.
I joined a March Madness pool at work and I did so bad!!! I have only one team left and I didn't pick them to win it, so I guess I am out $5. I really suck picking those things. It does make it interesting though. Maybe I will do better next year.
On that high note, maybe it's time for a boob break.
I went to NYC a couple of weeks ago and had a blast. My friend Patrick is quite the host. He took me all over in just a couple of days. We visited Chelsea (which I absolutely love), Astoria, Williamsburg, and the West Village. I haven't danced that much in a very long time. Most people compare my dancing to Elaine Benes! lolI I am going back down again this week, and this time I am bringing my SO with me. She has never really been to the city, even though she grew up on Long Island, so I think this will be quite an experience for Kelli. I am so sure she will love it! I plan on bringing her someplace I have never been to before - the top of the Empire State Building. That will be so romantic! Don't you think? Okay, maybe I'm just a sap for old movies, but I think she will appreciate the thought.
Oh, by the way, before anyone questions my relationship with Patrick, he and I are just friends. I am not his type, I don't have a penis, lol. But I do love him dearly. Plus, I have seen him naked!
Okay, we are getting near the poetry section of my blog. My selections for this week are timely I think. The first one celebrates the coming of Spring, and the second one has an Easter theme to it. before we get there though, maybe one more titty break to keep your attention. I hope you like my poems this week!

I remember you
And warm, abundant sunshine
Grass - green
You havent been seen
In such a very long time
The scent in the air
More soothing than any
Aromatherapy
The birds singing
More melodious and varied
Than any symphony
What is this feeling
That has come upon me?

"Yes, it seems I am happy again!"

In front of a big truck
With a highly flammable load
With her pretty Easter basket
Filled with Easter eggs
She made that Sunday driver
Really hit the brakes
The rain was gone
And the happy sun was bright!
As the tanker truck
Went skidding to the right
"I've got to hurry!
So many eggs to hide!"
As the truck went through the guardrail
And into a dangerous slide

Hopped to the nearest homes
Hoppity-hip, lickety-split
Before the tanker truck explodes
Hiding eggs
In the lawn and on the porch!
With a cheerful Bunny wave
To Mister Driver Human Torch
Fluffy Bunny
Hopped her happy cotton tail
Straight to the nice policeman
And then went straight to jail
At her sensational public trial
She wore a beautiful Easter hat
And saw a lovely little box
Where twelve chocolate bunnies sat
The evidence was heard
And everything was fair
The verdict was returned
And Fluffy Bunny got the chair
Until she meets Old Sparky
Fluffy Bunny sits in stir
Don't let this happen to you
