Thank you everyone for your well wishes. I am getting better and today will be my last sick day. So it's back to work on Monday. Oh, well. At least I can swallow without intense pain. I can't believe I took that for granted all my life. Hehe.
I was really worried that I'd still be sick on Monday and miss the Sleater Kinney concert, but I think I'll be all better by then.
And then on the 4th I'm heading to Baltimore for Otakon with TobasElly, SleepingDeath, and DamionW and visiting the wonderful JamieLee who agreed to let me and TobasElly stay with her. She's such a sweetie.
