I feel like making a statement about all the "grammer nazi" backlash that has been going on on the site lately. I just don't get it. Why would people want to portray themselves as uneducated? It makes me wonder how they would behave if they were involved in a penpal situation. Would they write letters without checking to make sure they were clear and easy to understand? Would they not care that someone they haven't met in person is judging them purely through written form? Isn't that the same situation with the internet except on a much larger scale? I mean, I think of my posts as my way of expressing how I think and feel (even if it's about silly things like kitten and groping cute girls). I always try to make my words as clear as possible. I often even go back and edit what I've typed!

Maybe I'm just too selfconcious about my typing but I don't want people thinking that I don't know how to spell because of a typo. Plus having to reexplain yourself cause people didn't know what you were saying the first time must get tiring. *shrug*

Well, that's my two cents. I'm going to go get ready for work.
