I've moved recently. Moving sucks. But I just got cable internet. It's super fast. teehee. i'm getting light headed from the giddiness.

On a sadder note, I just lost my job today. Unemployement compensation here I come. Oh, well. I should be able to get a better job.

The March on Washington is a huge rally and March against our President whom we didn't elect and the war. A.N.S.W.E.R. (Act Now to Stop War & End Racism!) is one of the big organizers, and there a whole bunch of contingents from all over the country going. I'm going as part of the Lavender Greens(LGBT arm of Green Party) and Queers for Peace & Justice. If you want to go, I could use the company!! I volunteered to hand out flyers while I'm there. smile

Yay! I got my pic up. woot. it's kinda of old. my hair's shorter now. and i got new glasses. but otherwise it's a pretty good representation.

Hey Alex! To answer your question, circle of death is this card game. You spread out the cards face-down, and you pick a card when it's your turn. Each card has something you have to do. Like, 1-6, you take that many sips. The Jack, you have to say a rhyme....stupid shit like that. All I know is that it got me trashed. LOL.

wow. i don't think i'd be able to stay in that game for very long. the most i got drunk doing a drinking game was when we made uno a drinking game. it was me and a friend and we eacha had a bottle (me whisky and him gin...bad idea to begin with) all draws were drinks (draw 2=2 drinks and so on) and reverses we switched bottles. i'll never do that again. smile

A grrl after my own heart. I absolutely adore sitting in Rittenhouse Park. I take my parents' Rottie there sometimes to play in the fountain. We usually make a big scene, because she splashes everyone. LOL.
Every once in awhile, I play hooky from work, get a drink from the Barnes and Noble, and lay out in the grass with a good read. Fun,fun,fun.
