I just watched 'The Walking Dead' episode 01 and beside i'm not into zombie thing, i really like that episode. I already read a lot of the comic book serie (i don't remember what was the last 'Walking Dead' issue i read) and Kirkman is a good writer but when a friend told me about the tv adaptation i just though on a for tennagers Buffy-esque adaptation, because 'The Walking Dead' is more living people with living people (and a bunch of zombies) than living people with zombies, and that's not a very blockbuster thing, IMHO.

But after watching it, i can say i was wrong. It was a very realistic and very well filmed thing (all the realistic that a movie with zombies on it can be), so if you are into zombie thing or even if you don't like zombies a lot but you like to enjoy a tv serie about human relationships on a zombie backgroumd, just try watching this serie.

Acabo de ver el episodio 01 de 'The Walking Dead' y a pesar de que no soy mucho del tema zombie, realmente me ha gustado el episodio. Ya haba ledo bastantes de los comics de la serie (No recuerdo cul es el ltimo nmero que le) y Kirkman es un buen guionista pero cuando un amigo me habl de que iban a adaptarla para televisin lo primero que pens fue en una versin para adolescentes estilo Buffy, porque 'The Walking Dead' trata ms el tema de gente viva con gente viva (y un puado de zombies) que de gente viva con zombies, y eso, en mi opinin, no es demasiado de serie 'taquillera'.

Pero tras verla, debo decir que estaba equivocado. Es bastante realista y est muy bien realizada (todo lo realista que puede ser una serie con zombies), as que si te gustan los zombies o bien no te gustan demasiado pero quieres disfrutar de una serie sbre relaciones humanas con un transfondo de zombies, chal un ojo a esta serie.
