okay kids. mercury is outta retrograde. granted, you may still feel some effects until the 30th (i know, really bad timing for my trip) so i say proceed but with some caution.
i have sign-off on my book at 2pm today. i've seen how hank does it so i'm not remotely anxious. i'm not even going to mention the reprint in progress. he'll flip quickly through and say it looks great. and he'll angle for some kinda remark from me where i tell him how he's changed my lilfe or some crap. remember the sketch on SNL (way back when Kevin Nealon was on) it where he was some interviewer who would just prod and prod until he made the subject cry? and then he'd turn to the camera and grin? yeah, thats hank. and if he suggests i meet with Hallmark, i just might.

tuesday and thursday nights until 8pm i'll be in classes, but i still don't have a REAL daytime M-F kinda job so breakfast and lunch are still good and any other day of the week! my OTHER friend is coming into town on the 25th and will probably be in thru the weekend? but i don't think she'll stay long... i'm not too worried. just anxious! and the weather has cooled substantially so we will put that swimsuit of yours in a hot tub!!
