so i have a contract with this firm until mid-january. there is a possibility that they could offer me something full time at the end of that contract (if they need the bodies and they like me). but i was just offered a FT position from another great place.
what would you do? ask to be released from the contract (or hope that they just offer to) and take the FT job? or honor the contract and hope you get another chance with the other place in January? does your answer change if you just moved across the country?
