There was this drylander who was asked which was more important, a literjon of water or a vast pool of water? The drylander thought for a moment and then said, "The literjon is more important. No single person could own a great pool of water. But a literjon you could hide under your cloak and run away with it. No one would know."

I had MSC (Military Sealift Command) weapons qualifications last week, so I'm finally on the Force Protection Team! This is right where I want to be! Starting Tuesday when it comes into port I'll be working on the USNS Rainier. I have yet to get the remainder of my tactical gear, but I'll get by with what I have right now. I'm just happy to be working FPT on a ship!

Things are amazing with my significant other (and, yes, that's what she is now). I've never met anyone so mutually compatible. Everyday she surprises me just a little bit more. I could go on and on about how wonderful she is, but I'll curb my mushy, sappy, love struck, twitterpated ramblings before any of you throw up too much.
