Well, I thought I should update while I have the chance. I'm leaving for Sea-Tac in a few hours and I don't know when I'll return -- could be two days of training, could be two months on a strike line, and we won't find out until Monday. With any luck I'll have Internet access at the hotel where I'm staying. There's not much else to say right now; it's all been life as usual. I'll try to update when I have more information I can share.
*UPDATE*
It's the next day and I'm already back. They decided not to strike so our services were not needed. I'm getting paid for 24 hours and mileage, got a free hotel room, free meal at Denny's, played some PS2, watched a movie, drank some PBR -- all on the company dime! Anyway, back to life as usual.
