I think I did something bad and I think I might be in trouble.

Let's just say that someone who made an inappropriate remark towards someone I love will most likely think twice before doing it again.

I know the person, not well or anything, but we've met before. He made a few, downright, offensive propositions towards my wife, I overheard and before he could even start to explain himself, I hit him, hard. I never considered myself a violent person but I just lost it.

I apologised almost instantly, but I made quite a mess of him.

I feel so bad, I've never done anything like this before and it scares me to think that I might do it again one day.
