I'm going into Apple tomorrow. I've tried everything and can't get it to sync. ITunes works fine and so does the IPOD. It just wont recognize my IPOD when I'm in ITUNES.
I have a g technology external hard drive. All I had to do was plug it in to my USB and then search for my itunes folder and drag. Took about two hours but I think it worked okay?
