The G.R.Id suit system was a revolutionary marvel. A fully-enclosed armoured suit capable of sustaining pressure in a vacuum as well as being bullet-resistant and generally durable.
The system was developed by the Innovation branch of Explorer Corporation under the guise of a fully-functional armoured spacesuit. And while the initial prototypes were used as such later models were quickly adapted into the service of the more militant branches of X-Corp.
The suit featured a number of unique additions, which were added following the suits initial release to the waiting market. These secret systems included, the H.A.L.O functionality the system was originally toted for possessing but did not, due to technical limitations.
