Thanks for the advice. Its been less then a week and I'm already back to work. Sucks but oh well thats what I get for being the manager. Its tough shit to go through I'm glad everything worked out for you hopefully I will have the same result. The doctor I have is the leading guy in endomitriosis around here so I feel good about him. My follow up appt. is next Tuesday to talk about treatments and shit. Anyways thanks a ton

I'm doing it with two co-workers. We're a pretty small group so I don't think it'll be THAT bad that 1/4 of us are going to be carrying waters guns with us to work the next few weeks. Power in numbers!

A few months ago I had a similar situation where I got to leave a posisition I was really unhappy with. Its was kind of job that I was miserable at while I was there, and when I wasn't there I could think about was how miserable I'd be when I got back.

The day I left, one of the most satisfying moments of my life to have this dialouge with my former boss on my last day of work.
