ya, me too, big fan of the tools...I didnt need to buy it, it turns out - I live in a sorta poshy-ish building & the onstaff handyman & super are totally my friends - it seems that no one else but me in the 240 other apartments goes down to their shop to either use the tools or to use the clamps & vices in order to cut/modify wood, etc.
Anyhow, I got a sander - not a rotation, but one of those cute fuckers from black & decker, the kind called the "mouse" which have a nice sharp point & flat bed, too. I got it not cuz i wanted a pussy-sounding snader, but cuz the extra 12 types of attachments makes it seem worthy!
