Actually, i lost 2 pound from the weight i was before i left.which means a four pound water loss since Wednesday when we got back..
i was very bloated the whole time i was in Viequez, I dont understand why. I didnt eat dairy, I didnt drink soda, i hardly ate anything, I just ate more fish and didnt get to eat as many salads. It was hot and i drank a lot of water. I could barely fit into my clothes. So I assume it was the heat...
it looks beautiful outside. i have been up since 6 30, and i just now got dressed. Although I showered at 9 and put on clean lounge around the house panties and tshirts-
i have started to looking into going away in November. It has been between Cancun and the DR.
I think we are going to do Cancun
any thoughts on our next trip?
