i think i have a cold. my nose keeps running and my sinuses are all draining after a week long sinus headache

once again i am awake at 5 am.

yesterday i called in sick, which my head has been pounding for days i felt that i was entitled to.

fall=sick season.

j is fighting off the flu i think. his muscles are all achy so i made him take a hot bath last night in which i took with him. it was really nice on many levels. Which means what ever nasty cold he has, i am sure i will get also.

i got several small paintings doen yesterday. I enjoy makingthese tiny paintings, I dont feel so careful about them, or that they need to be that thought out. mostly i just paint them. I am getting to the point where i am starting to develop my own non verbal symbolism and language to talk to the viewer.

i think i am done sneezing so I can go back to bed now
