i cant sleep. i usually do not have this problem anymore. iguess i am stressed, this middle of the night wide awake thing only happens when I am stressed.
I also am never hungry in the middle of the night and i am considering making a sandwhich.
j took allergy meds before he went to sleep.soemhow evertime he takes benadryl he snores. normally i could care tless. for some reason tonight i cant sleep through it. I am worried something it botheringhim and he is not expressing it mostly i guess. he makes this teeth clicky noise when alseep when something is going on insdie the skull. needless today between the snoring and clicking i have been on and off awake for the last few nights. i think i understand why moms go sleep on the couch sometimes.
but theres this internet thing that is more fun than sleep, plus i am wide awake. I should paint but my canvas is in the car. so instead i fuck around online hopefully making me tired enough to go back to bed.
i feel like i am casuing problems that i shouldnt be.
