Good god. I'm getting old. This has been bothering me all damn day. Why is this petrifying me so much? I just can't wrap my head around this. My friends all having kids or starting to, my activities getting more domestic and low-key, my social circle looking more "adult" and "responsible"... It just feels like I don't belong here, in this life as I know it. skull

don't sweat it. i'm 30 (feeling old also) with no kids, no marriage or divorce, and really no committment. i get the same sensation about getting older and falling into that "adult" mindset, but if you try to make yourself into something just beacuse you feel society is pushing you towards some pre-destined existance (married with 2.4 kids) then you may end up more unhappy in the future than you are now.

Enjoy the opportunity you've been given to see the world and experience things most people either can't or won't do. You know, "Life's what you make of it." "Carpe Diem"
