That's about how big our apartment is, and we're paying $550 a month, no utilities included. But even then, the most we'll pay is about $645 and we're in an amazing location. $700 a month seems just ridiculous.
I think we just got the best deal ever on this place, not everywhere is as cheap for sure.
Unfortunately, I think James and I would be awful roommates. We stay up late, are really loud, and have a dislike for clothes at home
