week in review..
mon - thurs
I was sick all week but not sick enough to stay home from work. lots of snot and some sore thoats. Made my version of the hot toddy - the hot bobby.
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup cognac
splash or two of Amarretto
nice and warm and alcoholly.
Watched 'Amelie' and loved it. It had a fairy tale quality to it that I love. oh and Audrey Tautou is the sexiest woman on the planet so that helped.
Friday -
Got the high score on dig dug at work. 240,000+ points/level 20.
Went to my office holiday party - was fun - drank whiskey and flirted with the waitress. I ordinarily would not flirt with the waitress since they have to deal with drunk horny assholes all day long, but she started it, so it was ok.
Saturday -
Checked out the new dog park near my casa. It's under I5 and is too gravelly but will be a good backup park if I'm to lazy to drive to the good park.
discovered the joy of toasted 'everything' bagles with cream cheese and browned pancetta (just stick it in a skillet for a few minutes) and egg. ooh a little green onion would be good on that!

Tried to go to the 'Rickie Powell slide show' but got too anxious about going alone so ate Nabeyaki Udon and drank Negori sake instead.
Watched 'Kill me later' and hated it (I want my two hours back).
Today -
Ate crepes with my mom and sister and continued on drinking whiskey with my sister. I am going to miss her when she moves.
Lurked about in bailey/coy for awhile.
Took a couple prints to the frame store to get them framed.
'Bout to go to QFC and buy socks instead of doing laundry. Going to watch 'murderball' later - must find dinner first...
