I just had the best half hour conversation. My Jesse Bear told me if I didn't call him it was a sign I didn't love him. But I called, therefore I love him.

He says he'll visit toward the end of August. I'll only get a weekend, but that's enough for me. I miss that boy so much...

Which brings up a really good point. I've decided I'm addicted to the name Jesse. If it's your name, I love you. I don't know why but that's how it is. But also, Jesses have a tendency to break my heart and make me cry. Then I immediately forgive them and continue to love them.

I went skimboarding for the first time on Wednesday. I fell pretty hard. Here are my battle wounds (no the bruising doesn't show up well, but trust me it hurts!)
