Time for a different journal.
I'm OK with working at the Tribune, it's just that I'm tired of feeling like I'm being passed over for people who worked below me. My friend promised to keep her ears open for any other jobs there.
In other news, I went shopping yesterday. I spent almost $200 (OK my grandmother who is visiting from Kansas spent that money) but I love everything I bought. I will probably get more when my mother visits this weekend. I still need a new belt, a pair of sunglasses and a bathing suit.
I applied for health insurance finally, last night. I'll need it to. After going to the dentist's this morning, I now have another appointment for a filling on a top right molar. Hygienist told me, "Your records say we've been monitoring this tooth since 2005. It's discolored and has high readings [on the densometer <- I made that up]." Dentist looks at it and decides to do a filling. I want to know why we didn't fill it when we did two other molars on my left side. I absolutely hate getting my teeth filled. I'm out for the day so I'm going in next Friday at 8:15 a.m. Anyone want to spend that afternoon watching movies and eating noodles with garlic salt?
Oh and RS may not have to travel at the end of this month, the end of next month nor for two months in the summer! He's not positive but it'd be nice for him to not be gone.
