Gee I guess when I complain that nothing interesting is going on I really set myself up!
My mother called me yesterday to inform me that she is getting married. This will be her third marriage but she is marrying her first husband. She has been obsessed with this man for at least the 27 years I've known her and since his wife passed they have been seeing each other. I'm kind of in a state of shock because I don't really trust this guy and am not sure this is a good move for her. On the other hand I'm finally going to be rid of her prying into my life everyday over the phone. I don't know...I guess I have a lot of mixed emotions about this right now...
I went to see "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" yesterday and it was absolutely awesome! I was a little skeptical about a remake since the first movie is one of my all time favs but it really turned out to be great. Even though I'm not usually attracted to Johnny Depp, I think he was kinda hot in a perverse sorta way in this movie

I just moved to d.c a few years ago so i'm not really aware of the east coast yet.
