So can someone answer me this question?: Why is it that when you order a bagel with cream cheese from Dunkin Donuts they must slather a pound of cream cheese on the bagel and NOT even have the courtesy of giving you a knife in case you don't want a pound of cream cheese floating in your arteries??!! 
I mean who eats all that cream cheese???
