What an uneventful day .... worked for 10 hrs 
went to the gym and then stop at the Pub which was dead had my gin and tonic and left.... yesterday was not to bad gave some blood, my good deed for the week .. I think giving a pint of my blood is worth a couple of days 
hung out with some friends and watched some mindless wrestling and played some video games.. well thats it for now
