Not sure if any of you guys have heard yet, but TLC is at it again, making another ridiculous show about tattooing. However this one is much worse then the ones before.
Its called "Tattoo School" and its a 2 week crash course on how to become a "tattoo artist"

Heres the description:
Award-winning Tattoo Artist Lisa Fasulo runs a hands-on and unconventional tattoo school in upstate NY where students from all walks of life learn how to tattoo in just two weeks. These rookie students are seeking to change their lives through tattooing. With just two intense weeks under Lisa's instruction, they will get the experience tattooing on body after body with artwork of varying levels of difficulty.

Rookie students, models risking their skin to first time body artists, a rebellious instructor and unconventional training...who will bear the drama of competition and survive?

Sounds pretty insane to me. If you have a facebook, there are plenty of events, petitions, and pages to "like" to try and make it to where this show will not air. Im sure that besides the people on the show there will be TONS of people who think they can learn from the show and start infecting people with horrible diseases or least of all an AWFUL tattoo.

It's like there's a never ending supply of people that will do just about anything to appear on TV, it's pretty irresponsible of Lisa Fasulo if she's letting clueless people loose on the public regardless of whether they've agreed to it or not. There's nothing worse than trying to promote the idea that you can be an amazing tattoo artist in a matter of weeks, it's like any other artistic profession it takes skill, time and dedication if you want to be good. I'd love to know what the likes of Paul Booth and Lal Hardy think of this.

Kudos on the new set too.

I love that for everything there is a cause both for and against it. I'm signing said petition. Down with Tattoo School!!
