Arf! Tired, I have been on this freaking nightshift for 10 months now, I'm not too sure about UK laws but I think this is not right, and I have now started to wake up not at the usual 8.30 am but 7.30! What is wrong with me? It seems like my body thinks 4h sleep is enough, well let me tell you it's not!!puke

You must be pretty nocturnal now after 10 months of night shifts! I occasionally work through the night, but only once or twice a month so it never messes my sleep pattern up to badly. I really hate being over tired, it makes me very grumpy and impatient. frown

Did you see this article on the BBC website a couple of weeks ago: The Myth Of The Eight Hour Sleep Your 4hours of sleep may support this...

Another week starting, a lot of great moments to come but not just yet, I have to be patient!! I manage to keep myself in a pretty happy mood thanks to music and a few little stars in my sky...

I always have this on, on one of my screens at work, I cannot stop looking at it, it helps against the stress^^

It seriously hurts my head that I am alive in the year 2012, that I live in the "future" and we are still as a species dealing with shit like this. We are meant to have sorted the simple stuff and be exploring outer space already.

But......to more vital matters......

I warn you, I am an expert at hand to hand combat. I spent many years learning the ways of the old masters through the technology of VHS, a now forgotten art. I am also a master with a katana and even though I made a promise to a princess to never unsheath my blade in battle again, for you, to deafeat you on a field of your choosing, I would break that promise. I would break that heart, for the glory of your life blood upon my blade.

Don't bother to announce your arrival. I will now when you are near.

Please come back. While I like the dispassionate precision of robotic drone assassins, I imagine I would enjoy seeing the surprise on your face much more in person. biggrin

The Roller Derby training last night was quite intense, I fell dramatically on my ass. That's ok apart from the little "crack" noise which scared the shit out of me, I spent 10 minutes checking my whole body for something broken but no, lucky me^^. I had to skate while dragging my partner, she pulled me back, aie aie aie!! Well I will just end...

Your book is posted. I have no idea how long it will take to get to you but I shall be ready for death like a Samurai from this moment on. Do your worst and send your best! Mawahahaha (evil laugh number 1. I only need 1).

Everyday at 2am, when I finish work, this pops into my head I really wonder why! Maybe this is the way I see myself walking out of the office? HAHA!

It wasn't just to see if folks read the whole thing, though that is a good system. I had just happened to have seen that little tidbit around the same time I was typing the post and any Blur news is exciting to me. Specifics are excellent when giving such important instruction, you might be turning down excellent opportunities for satisfaction for no viable reason...all the more reason to spend a little bit of time with each client.
