I swear, i've been on an updating frenzy lately. A veritable concurrent maven, if you will..

Anyfuck, Friday i'm standing with one of my disabled clients outside, waiting for his transportation to come pick him up and who calls me?

Turns out scoots needs a ride to pick up his new car. (the rich jest keep gettin richer) ~ahem~

Ok, where was i.... oh yeah. New car.
So we drive for hours, or... I drive, rather..... once again... for hours. Sigh over the shit, get the new car, follow scoots back to his place (still in my werk clothes, btw) and how does he thank me?

By putting me to werk moving boxes from his dining room/downstairs storage/upstairs bedroom, out to his garage, etc..

Every so often the guy just disappeared! Oh i'd find him eventually, but come on!! Don't make me do all the werk, hauling your CRAP to and fro, up and down and all around yer fuckin SHIT HOLE. Once, i found him with his feet up over at his neighbor's, another time he was SUPPOSEDLY at the liqour store, and another, he was masturbating in front of his computer!! That was just over the top.... I'm sorry, dood...

The bottomline is, my arms are like rubber today from lifting and carrying all those boxes around. 90% were labeled "BOOKS & DUMBELLS", i'm not kidding.

More importantly, i got to help a friend out and i plan on doing it again if he needs it. There's a beautiful, unspoken appreciation between friends at times. You have to sift through the scaring insults, personal attacks against your character, and comments about your age, but it's there.

He didn't buy me dinner, say thank you or gimme a hug, but i got a few grainbelt premiums outta the deal and a ride into uptown in his new limpwristed chariot.

Time well spent if ya ask me.
