Oh, the horror...
Got on the scale at the gym today. It's worse than I had anticipated... near 230.
At this past Thanksgiving, I was sitting at right about 185... you do the math. Not that gaining that much weight is a good idea to start with, but that quickly... oof!
I'ma gonna have to kick it into high gear, I think. There's a certain someone around these here Ohio parts that I want to impress. My current physique as the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man isn't going to cut it. Not for my own self image, that is. She may not give a shit...
