I take a bit of xanax, before I took the 1mg tabs now I'm up to the 2mg bars. It really really helps, especially now that I've stopped drinking my social anxiety has gone thru the roof. THANKS ALPRAZOLAM!!

I have this little-sorta-strange-dealy-sorta-thing going on in my right leg (thigh to be precise).
