Before I go to bed, I might as well committ my thoughts to this wonderful electronic media. Of course, one could argue that the author should be comitted. Eh, it happens.

So it's been uneventful mostly. Lot of the same old boring shit. I am, however, getting sick and fucking tired of running people's errands for them. I've gotten to the point that there's only one person who calls me often, that isn't asking me for something every time they call. Generosity is one thing, and I think I have it in spades, but shit people... Gas ain't free.

In other news, this is yet another Christmas I will spend alone. I'm so accustomed to this, I think I've forgotten what to do should I have a Christmas with someone.

On the upside, one of my very best friends in the world will be in Country soon. (Month or so I believe) We will drink Holy Grail ale, and feast, and it will kick ass.

On the downside, I've gotten myself stuck on a new game, called HeroClix. I played many games, but have, as of tonight, won only one. Damn close to winning a second against a much tougher set of opposition. Eh, it's another expensive addiction I can't afford.

But in better news (see how I bounce this?) it has come to my attention that the new shift manager at work has requested that I serve as his cook from here on out. This is pretty damn cool, but for a couple things.

One, I cook less like fast food, more like real food. I worry too much about presentation, and it takes me forever to slap a pie because of it. Two... I'm far better getting ovens taken care of than I am anything else up front, except maybe prepping buffet, but that's bloody easy.

All in all, life is exactly that. Life. I'm living it, and that's all I got to say about that.
