The past couple of days hve been rough. I threw my back out again and now can barely walk. Isaw the doc yesterday but no drugs. I had to cancel out of working the Common show at the Fillmore.

That night I went to Boulder to see Z-trip. Truly an AMAZING show! It was a fun night. Frenchie and I rode up with M&Z in the galaxie. Such a beautiful drive back to Denver.
