Just when I thought it was safe to relax and starting planning my life again....

Damn Alerts.

At least this time I only have to hold my breath for a couple of weeks. This is the fourth time I've seen a warning order in the last two years. And two of those lead to deployment orders that were later recended.

I can't wait till 2003 is finally in the books. It seems as if I have had to spend this entire year in a state of anticipation of what might happen. It has been really strange not being able to plan or think more than a month in advance.

I've felt as though the year barely happened. I woke up yesterday and it was February; now the year is almost over. Strange.
