I don't know what the hell happened but ever since the new year started my life just keeps getting better.

Since the start of this year I met a new girl who is now my girlfriend. She is incredible and is probably the first person that I have ever met that told me that they wanted to be good for me. I have had nothing but fun for the last two weeks and I know it has had a lot to do with her.

She also introduced me to one her friends who works as a web developer doing html, php, css etc. He apparently had a job he needed to hire a graphic designer for and he gave it to me. Project took me about 6 hours and he is paying me $150. He already has another project he wants to hire me for. So all of the sudden I know have extra income and whats better is it is doing something I want to do and I went to school for it.

Can you say "feeling accomplished"?

I find myself with a renewed sense of hope I have not had for some time. I am happy for the first time in about 6 months. I think I am finally finding a way to truely move on in my heart from my ex. Whats even better though is that my new girlfriend understands and we have already had the conversation about how this won't be a rebound thing.

So in short got a new girlfriend, got a new source of freelance work, and now I wonder what the next good thing to happen will be? Good things come in threes don't they?
