I haven't been feeling very well lately. Prior to my period, I had a sore throat.. so I drank some tea and swallowed several spoonfulls of honey. That was fine. Now I feel tired, moreso than usual, and I am currently experiencing a second migraine this week. I am also experiencing nausea...I went to the doctor a month or so ago because I was ill then. I weighed 134 Ibs and that seemed a little excessive to me. I used to weigh 107 Ibs and within the last year that has changed a great deal. I've been restricting my diet, trying to eat less, and if possible, healthier. I have lost weight it seems but I feel ill now. I'm not sure what to do...go back to my regular diet if possible and try to exercise more or some other alternative? This really sucks but I have some good news. My mother will shortly be sending me pictures of all the cats, and some new ones! And I should be getting a proper birth certificate within the next week or two. I'll finally be able to get an I.D. and start applying within the area. I can't wait...I guess that's all for now. I'd like to see Ryan tonight, considering he mentioned possibly being free this evening a week or so ago, but considering how bad I feel I probably won't. TTFN!

I'm sorry to hear that you've not been feeling well. From my own experience, I'd say that if you're trying to eat less, you definitely have to be sure that you eat healthy: lots of fruits and vegetables and enough protein.
On the other hand, I'm glad to hear you'll have pictures of cats
