I got ahold of Lester as soon as I got there on Friday and we rode there Friday night and Sunday afternoon. I went to the new Costa Mesa park on Saturday. That place was fun, but crowded. I was lucky enough to see Omar at Costa Mesa.
I was going to call you, but I didn't want to a bother.
I'm stoked Lester is riding again some of the best times I've had skating were riding with him. He's looking to enter the Soul bowl, he says he's back full bore.

That's rad you're friends with Sal, I miss that guy, he lived in a studio we have in my backyard for awhile. I helped him and Tim with Este in the early 90's.

Skated Vans park in orange tonight. Getting ready for the weekend to roll some parks................... I would go street riding but I'm burnt on driving around to get kicked out befor my board even hit the cement........Bummer. These days the good street spots are only in my dreams........

No worries on not hooking up, I figured you be down to ride a park with more varried terrain. Upland being just big ole pipe and all.
I did get to see Omar riding the vert ramp at the block Saturday night for a bit. We were down there meeting friends for dinner.
I'll be back in July for the 4th. I'm going to try and get a hold of Lester, I hear he's riding again. He was a good friend of mine before I moved out here.

Skated 4 hour and filmed yesterday. also been doing hard wood floors with some buddys of mine all week during the day. Trying to make some extra cash because I'm buying a house....................
