It's my daughters first birthday today. At four o'clock in the afternoon she will be a whole year old! I'm both amazed and suprised that we managed to survive through the first year because you always have stupid nagging doubts when you're a young parent who doesn't know what the heck they're doing. Some how though, instinct always kicks in and with a little help from friends along the way we've made it through. So happy birthday to Holly and bring on the next nineteen years!
