You know on those hard weeks and the weekend hits and you feel so motivated to do absolutly nothing, I'm there.
"Intelligence in chains loses in lucidity what it gains in Intensity"- Albert Camus
This has to be one of my favorite quotes.
To me it means many things. I like it because its true. Clearity tends to be lost when things become too compact in a tight space but it gains pressure.
In a military sense it reminds me of a bomb of some sort. Constant pressure builds and expands past its boundries. Yet, I believe that depending on the person, a controled version of this could be more like a Claymore mine. A anti-personel mine that not just blows up but sprays a vast array of small iron balls in a specific direction and can cover an object 250 meters away. A person so trapped with no place can go can choose self destruction or use the pressure that is built up to forcibly do anything you want good or bad. For instance in my case when I went back to Colombia and risked my life to find my mother and see my people there. Yet the key is that for a person once the pressure fades so does the motivation, so i believe that its imparitive that a person with such a strong built up of pressure finds a drive that will last for a long time and have a back up as well.
Well thats my tactics for the soul today.
I hope you all are well.
P.S. When you hit your funny bone its not that funny.... To you

I go to FU Tattoo in Santa Cruz California. Their talent rocks. The best ink I have experienced so far.
