Each day it seems that I find a new way, to throw myself off balance. I never seems to be able to just accept things the way they are, I seem to keep trying to sabatoge them. I find myself feeling alone, much more often than I would like. I find when it comes to meeting someone new, or even beginning a conversation, fear and irrational thinking takes over; and I find myself thinking of what could go wrong. I spend so much time thinking about it, that I often frighten myself out of saying or writing anything at all. So I end back at the start wondering why im all by myself and cant seem to just get past my own thoughts and just start by saying "hi".
