Woooooohooooo!! I've been selected to go to France! I'm so happy. Life is good right now
This year has been insane, ups and downs, but I'm looking at a bright future right in the eye, and I love it. I applied for the position of Spanish assistant at a French highschool and go it if everything goes well, I'll be in Grenoble by the second week of September, which is awesome.
I know it's not going to be easy for a number of reasons:
1. The winter there is supposed to be quite hard
2. I have never been to France for more than a weekend (went to Paris and loved it)
3. Money will be a little bit tight but what the hell, I've been living short on money for the last year, so that won't be so different...
4. Europe is going through hard times right now, but Venezuela is really fucked up in every way, so I guess I can handle whatever comes along.
5. I don't know anyone there, but hopefully, when the time comes, I will be a more open person and will be able to make some friend while I'm there...
