Here, I come home from work, just to pass out in my chair, exhausted, for three hours, wake up too tired to do anything, but not wanting to sleep until the next morn. I can't fall asleep later, until 2, which is perfect when you're waking up at 5:45 for work.

This happens almost everyday...

This is also why grocery shopping has been put off for about a week and a half, and I'll be damned if I'm doing that on the weekend.

Speaking of which, the past one came and went without incident. Funny how easy it is to avoid the holiday holed up in your pad with friends, all of whom have this seething pain caused by women (of late)

My best friend, the born-again woman hater, storms into the office today, and first up is to cancel any and all accounts he has on any dating sites.
And he does so. See, he was stood up on Saturday by a date he met online. It was the latest in a long line of disapointments for him. My other friend is still pining for a girl who's been stringing him along for over a year, with absolutely no intent of any reciprication. For the first time ever in our friendships, I'm the least bitter of us. Odd. I guess I have Rhiannon to thank for that...
